Description

Savolitinib (CAS 1313725-88-0) is a selective, ATP-competitive MET kinase inhibitor with molecular formula C₁₇H₁₅N₉ and MW 345.40 g/mol. It is also known as Volitinib, HMPL-504, and AZD-6094.

Savolitinib is reported to selectively inhibit the MET receptor tyrosine kinase by competing with ATP at the catalytic binding site. This inhibition suppresses downstream signaling through the PI3K/AKT and RAS/MAPK pathways, which are implicated in cellular proliferation, survival, and invasive growth driven by MET dysregulation, including amplification, mutation, and exon 14 skipping alterations.
